James is not a plugin in your browser. He is a separate employee with his own computer, his own accounts, and a short list of things he never does without asking you.
His own computer, in the cloud
Each customer's James runs on a dedicated virtual machine with a real Chrome browser, a residential internet connection, and nothing shared with anyone else's James. That is why a task never dies at a sign-in wall, a CAPTCHA, or a verification email.
His own email and phone number
Vendors, customers and verification codes reach him directly. He signs up for tools with his own address, reads his own mail, and answers texts on his own number, so nothing routes through yours.
Your logins, handed over like a new hire's
You hand James a login through a one-time secure link, the way you would hand it to an assistant. The password never passes through chat. He signs in once in his own browser, the session persists, and you can revoke any login at any time.
Memory that persists
James keeps a written memory of your business: customers, tone, what happened last week, what you approved and what you held. It is reviewed nightly and it is why the second role is easier than the first.
Approvals on your phone
Money, the first message to a new list, anything signed, refunds, and any account you name arrive as a tap before they happen. You set the thresholds on the call and change them any time.
A vault, not a chat
Card numbers never live with James. A separate vault process holds them encrypted, and types them into the checkout only after your tap. James never sees a digit, and neither does any model.
Receipts for everything
Every action is logged with the page, the time, and what changed. You can watch his screen live, take over the page, or stop him with one word.
The best model for each job
James runs on frontier models from Anthropic, OpenAI and Google, chosen per task. Your data is not used to train anyone's model, and it never leaves your James's machine except to do the work you asked for.
Leaving is clean
Cancel any month. His logins are deleted from the vault the day you leave, his machine is wiped, and you get a final report of everything he did.

- Spend money, at any amount
- Send the first message to a new list
- Sign anything, or agree to terms
- Issue a refund or a credit
- Touch an account you named
- Delete anything that cannot be restored
